The 400-ton shipbuilding gantry crane is capable of lifting steel structural sections and performing in-air turning operations.
The 450-ton shipbuilding gantry crane has a rated turning capacity of 300 tons and is used for hull turning and assembly; it features a dual-hook configuration and a safety monitoring system, with design-phase simulation analysis conducted using ANSYS.
The 2000-ton shipbuilding gantry crane is one of the highest-capacity cranes of its kind in China; Weihua Group manufactured its three trolleys and the main travel mechanism, supporting various combined lifting configurations (single, dual, triple, or quadruple hooks).
The 3800-ton shipbuilding gantry crane currently holds the record for the highest capacity and largest scale globally, standing 166 meters tall and serving the shipbuilding and wind power sectors.
