As products independently designed and manufactured by Weihua, they bear the mission of Weihua products to lead the world. They set sail towards their dreams and distances. With their majestic momentum, they are worthy of being the first export in the Year of the Tiger!
The five products exported this time all adopt the structure of four-link combined boom and cylindrical mast. The slewing support device adopts large slewing bearings, which can adapt to the operating requirements of hooks and grabs. It can lift corresponding loads for horizontal luffing and 360° rotation within different working ranges. The lifting, luffing and slewing mechanisms can operate individually or in combination. The whole machine can run in a straight line along the horizontally laid track. All operating mechanisms adopt AC frequency conversion speed regulation, and the whole machine adopts PLC control system, full frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and fault monitoring system.
The cabs of the products of this project are equipped with intelligent status monitoring control screens, which are displayed in full Chinese. They perform fault monitoring and provide troubleshooting assistance. They can realize dynamic monitoring of operating status and provide dynamically changing graphic and text displays. They also have functions such as safety information alarms and lubrication and maintenance management assistance.
