Exporting a large shipyard project
• This gantry crane adopts a four-link combination boom, herringbone column and cylindrical gantry structure. It can lift corresponding loads within different working ranges for horizontal luffing, 360° rotation, lifting and other functions; each mechanism can act jointly, and the whole machine can run in a straight line along a horizontally laid track.
• Weihua undertook the production and production of a 400t, 105m span shipbuilding gantry crane and three four-link gantry cranes for the shipyard. It has completed the delivery of the first two four-link gantry crane projects.
The delivery of Weihua’s series of lifting products will provide strong impetus for the shipyard to build a new 40,000-ton dry dock, wharf and auxiliary facilities.
Export to a port project in Indonesia
This project includes 9 gantry cranes, which are specially developed for loading and unloading general cargo and bulk cargo at the port, and can meet the requirements of various working conditions of the port terminal.
This project is a raw material and stainless steel production base established in Indonesia by a large global stainless steel manufacturer in order to promote and implement the in-depth processing and utilization of overseas mineral resources and further improve mineral utilization. It has been upgraded to a national-level industrial demonstration park and a "Belt and Road" demonstration cooperation project between the governments of China and Indonesia.
In the past three years, Weihua has successively undertaken nearly 30 port cranes and more than 120 bridge gantry cranes from this customer unit, with an order amount of more than 400 million yuan, helping the customer unit continue to promote the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Weihua is deeply engaged in international strategic layout, and its products have been exported to more than 130 countries and regions, covering 83% of the countries along the “Belt and Road”.
