At the ceremony site, three Weihua remote-controlled automated quay cranes were neatly arranged in a ready-to-go manner. As a project shipped from Weihua Jiangsu Base, they are also the rare automated quay crane products in China at present. They are technically difficult and challenging, automated quay crane products with remote control functions. 
The Weihua remote control automated quay crane shipped this time has a tall appearance, with aworking height of 58m and a raised height of 79mm, the total length is 85m, the rated lifting capacity is 41t under the spreader, the total lifting height is 46m, the track gauge is 12m, and the forward reach is 38m. Sun Xiaowei, chief engineer of Weihua Port Machinery Division, said that this project is a product tailor-made for Zhejiang Petrochemical Company. It has a high degree of automation and difficult design. It not only has the characteristics of large lifting load, small track gauge, and long reach, but also has the advantages of fast operation and lifting speed, high work efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. 
Zhou Xianghong, Vice President of Zhejiang Petrochemical, said, The six quay cranes in this project are specially customized products. Special thanks go to the Weihua project team for their smooth delivery. This proves that cooperation with Weihua is the right choice. From the beginning of the cooperation with Weihua Co., Ltd., I have learned about Weihua's corporate culture of integrity and quality. After many project cooperation, I have even felt Weihua's corporate strength.I am full of expectations for more cooperation between the two parties in the future. 
Wang Lei, regional sales director of Weihua, introduced that the project has a total of six Weihua remote-controlled automated quay cranes, all of which are highly automated products equipped with optical fiber transmission, laser scanners, CNC operation boxes and other technical modules. Integrated container contour scanning Weihua's independent core technologies such as scanning, electronic anti-sway, automatic box alignment, box number identification, container card positioning, and container card anti-lifting, especially the Weihua intelligent remote management system with data collection, analysis, status monitoring, and fault diagnosis functions, greatly improve the stability and safety of the equipment. This product can be seamlessly connected with the terminal container management system, and one person in the central control room can monitor the automated operations of multiple quay cranes at the same time. 
This complete machine shipment uses a self-propelled drive module combination transport vehicle for loading and unloading. It is arranged in reverse order at the Jiangsu Weihua base. The complete machine is rotated and then rolled onto the ship. After arriving at the Yushan Island pier of the Zhejiang Petrochemical Project, it is rolled off the ship and enters the on-site operation track. 
As our country's strength continues to grow and world economic exchanges further deepen, more and more smart port construction will be carried out in full swing.
