The European-style bridge cranes manufactured by WEIHUA Group mainly consist of a bridge frame, trolley travel mechanism, gantry crane, operator's cab, and electrical equipment. They are designed with a low headroom configuration, employing a double-beam, off-center rail structure and a compact winch trolley. The traveling mechanism is driven by a three-in-one geared motor.
The bridge is the main load-carrying component of the crane; it takes the main girder and end carriage as the main load-carrying component, with the trolley rail, walkway, handrail, ladder and the other affiliate metal structure as the auxiliary component.
The end carriage is welded by steel plate. The plate material meets national specifications. The material of main steel structure has a good weldability. The material has corresponding qualification report and certificates.
The trolley rail is constructed by16Mn square steel, and welded as a whole to locate on the main web plate of the mainirder. The two ends of rail are equipped with wheel baffle plate and buffer stoppersupport.
The lifting mechanism adopts independently developed ND hoist. ND model electric hoist double girder trolley has reasonable steel structure, optimizedstructure and good rigidity and stability. With advanced compact design, the trolleytravel length can make good use of the crane span.
