FEM/DIN Suspension Crane

FEM/DIN standard suspension crane is designed in accordance with European standard with compact structure, small wheel pressure, which carries out effective use of limited plant space, and reduce the cost of plant structure.

This FEM/DIN suspension crane is widely used in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, ports, railway stations, warehouses and other occasions, providing more efficient logistics solutions, especially for accurate positioning operation.

Features of FEM/DIN Suspension Crane:

1. Computer-designed box girder, the whole length of the web plate is cut by NC with accurate deflection;

2. Low clearance trolley structure with reasonable sized hook, thus it has wide application scope;

3. Arc or flat wheels, anti - friction bearings, honeycomb bumper, anti - derailment device;

4. Three- in-one gear motor drive, stepless speed control, hardened gear reducer, safety disk brake;

5. Good driving performance, stepless speed regulation, smooth running;

6. Whole shot blasting Sa2.5 level after welding, release of internal stress, so that the main beam structure has best performance;

7. Epoxy zinc-rich paint with oil film thickness 140μm;

Electrical:

1. Slip-line power supply;

2. Phase protection, disconnected main power in case of incorrect phase;

3. Independent crane and hoist travelling, also both running at the same time;

4. Trolley/hoist line meets the power requirements and adapts to vibration;

5. Anti-corrosion control handle with protection class IP54

6. Heavy duty aviation plug;

7. Electrical components are installed in the convenient location for maintenance with good protection to avoid accidental contact;

8. Cable is hanging in the cable carrier, running C-type steel, sliding flexibility;
