Tools you need to prepare before installation: Wrench tool box, gear oil, welder, hydraulic jacks, chain block, steel tape measure, tow rope, traction wire rope, wire rope sling, support equipment for leg installation, installation platform for leg installation, forklift, truck crane, etc.
The installation steps as below:
Fill the gearbox oil – calculate installation position - confirm the diagonals are equal – main beam connection installation – end carriage installation – drag chain installation – guardrail installation – saddle installation – lower beam and wheels installation – legs installation – pull rope and platform installation – cable drum installation – ladder installation – working platform installation – confirm the diagonals are equal – cabin installation – ladder installation – main beam installation with leg support equipment – main beam and legs connection – remove the working platform and pull rope – remove leg support equipment – trolley hoist hoisting and installation – drag chain installation – rain cover installation – wire rope torsion release – connect wire rope with sling – sling pull the wire rope to drum and winding – lower the wire rope to ground – hook installation.
